Tornado gust, injured more than 60 people, building damaged 540, buildings in Saitama, Chiba, Japan
埼玉と千葉で突風６０人以上けが 竜巻か、建物損壊５４０棟超
９月２日午後２時５分ごろから２時半ごろにかけて、埼玉県越谷市と同県松伏町、千葉県野田市などで竜巻とみられる激しい突風があり、住宅の屋根が飛ばされたり、窓ガラスが割れたりし、多数のけが人が出た。
両県で建物の損壊は５４０棟を超えた。
埼玉県警は越谷市内で６６人のけがを確認した。
うち男性（４０）が頭の骨を折り、女性（８２）が右足を骨折し、いずれも重傷。
野田市によると、同市内でも女性１人が軽傷を負った。
埼玉、千葉両県警によると、被害は越谷市西側のさいたま市岩槻区で最初に発生、越谷市、松伏町、野田市と北東方向にほぼ一直線で約１３・８キロに渡る地域に及んだ。
