９月の県内景気判断据え置き、日本銀行横浜支店「水準は上がっている」／神奈川

 

日本銀行横浜支店は９月１２日、９月の金融経済概況を発表し、県内の景気について「緩やかに回復しつつある」と、リーマン・ショック以降で初めて「回復」の文言を使った前回判断を据え置いた。

 

過去最長の６カ月連続だった上方修正が途切れた形だが、会見した竹澤秀樹支店長は「１、２カ月前よりは確実に水準は上がっている。踊り場にいるとか、足踏みということでは決してない」と強調した。

 

竹澤支店長は今後について、「緩やかに回復しつつあるというところから、緩やかに回復していると言い切れるような局面になってくるのではないか」と語り、そのための要素として製造業の本格的な回復が不可欠との認識を示した。

 

県内製造業では生産拠点の県外移転が続いているため、「全国と比べて、製造業の生産水準の回復が若干遅れている」と指摘。

 

しかし、９月以降の増産方針を打ち出す企業が多いとして、「生産水準の回復が期待できる。そこを確認できれば、県内景気が、『回復している』と言えるのではないか」などと述べた。

 

個別７項目の判断のうち、「公共投資」だけを上方修正し、残り６項目は据え置いた。

 

６カ月連続で上方修正していた「生産」は、自動車向け電子部品などの電気機械が増加しているほか、海外向け工作機械などが堅調だったものの「緩やかに増加している」と今回は据え置いた。

 

公共投資は、政府の緊急経済対策の影響で、７月の県内の公共工事請負額が前年を上回ったことから、前回の「下げ止まっている」を「持ち直している」に上方修正した。

 

「個人消費」は、猛暑効果で夏物や涼感商品の売上げが伸びたほか、エアコンや大型テレビなども好調、円安効果でアジアや欧米からの観光客が増えており、横浜や箱根のホテル・旅館の稼働率も高かったものの、「底堅く推移している」と据え置いた。
