沖縄気象台によると、強い台風２７号は１０月２３日午前９時現在、南大東島の南約２１０キロの海上にあり、時速１５キロで西北西に進んでいる。

 

大東島地方は２３日昼過ぎから暴風域に入る見込み。

 

大東島地方には午前４時２０分に暴風警報が発令された。

 

台風が西寄りに進んだ場合、本島地方も２４日に暴風域に入る可能性がある。

 

現在沖縄地方全域が強風域に入っている。

 

今後、台風は強い勢力を維持したまま、２４日にかけて大東島地方にかなり接近する見込み。

 

台風の動きが遅いため、大東島地方は２４日にかけて風速４０メートルの猛烈な風が長時間吹く見込み。

 

沖縄気象台は、暴風と高波に注意を呼び掛けている。

 

台風２７号の中心気圧は９５０ヘクトパスカル、中心付近の最大風速は４０メートル、最大瞬間風速は６０メートル。

 

中心の北東側１９０キロ以内と南西側１５０キロ以内では風速２５メートル以上の暴風が吹いている。

 

中心の北側４４０キロと南側３３０キロ以内では風速１５メートル以上の強風が吹いている。

 

２３日、台風２７号の影響を受け、航空便は琉球エアーコミューター（ＲＡＣ）が南北大東空港を発着する５便の欠航を決めた。

 

船舶では本島と周辺離島を結ぶ便や石垣・宮古と周辺離島を結ぶ便など７１便が欠航した。

 

２４日の運航は天候の状況でそれぞれ判断する。
