Mizuho Bank: Sense of gangsters loans was dilute, third party committee report

 

みずほ銀行、暴力団融資の意識希薄　第三者委が報告書

 

みずほ銀行は１０月２８日午前、暴力団関係者への融資を放置した問題に関する第三者委員会（委員長・中込秀樹弁護士）の調査報告書を公表した。

 

問題融資が信販会社を通していたため、「（暴力団関係者が）自行の融資先であるという意識が希薄だった」と指摘。

 

２０１１年３月のシステム障害後の混乱が問題解決の先送りにつながったと結論づけた。

 

報告書は、みずほ銀行の暴力団排除への認識が不十分だったことを裏付けた形だ。

 

ただ、金融庁検査に対する組織的な隠蔽や、特定の暴力団との癒着はなかったと明記した。
