Tour de France : Bourg-d'Oisans/Le Grand-Bornand, programme chargé pour les coureurs

Après une double ascension de l'Alpe-d'Huez jeudi, cette fois ce sont pas moins de deux cols hors catégorie qui se dressent sur le chemin des coureurs.
Sûrement pas de quoi faire tomber le maillot jaune Chris Froome, mais peut-être la dernière occasion pour ses concurrents de se montrer.
La 19e étape de ce Tour 2013 n'offrira aucun répit aux coureurs, après une journée de jeudi exténuante pour les corps et les esprits.
Au programme : 204,5 kilomètres entre Bourg-d'Oisans et Le Grand-Bornand, deux cols hors catégorie à gravir - la Madeleine et le Glandon - et deux cols de première catégorie - l'Épine et la Croix-Fry.
Cette année, la Grande Boucle s'achève par du costaud en haute montagne, car la 20e étape samedi autour d'Annecy s'annonce également terrible.
La principale difficulté de ce vendredi, outre les deux cols régulièrement empruntés par la route du Tour, résidera dans la récupération des coureurs après la double ascension de l'Alpe-d'Huez jeudi, étape remportée par le Français Christophe Riblon.
Quels espoirs ?
Malgré sa (petite) fringale dans les cinq derniers kilomètres de l'ascension vers l'Alpe-d'Huez jeudi, le maillot jaune a encore marqué des points.
Christopher Froome a poussé le vice jusqu'à attaquer lui-même ses rivaux au classement, provoquant une explosion du petit groupe dans lequel on retrouvait notamment Alberto Contador.
L'Espagnol, qui avait pourtant attaqué dans la descente du col de Sarenne peu avant, a quasiment abandonné toute chance de remporter le Tour.
D'ailleurs, aucune illusion ne traverse le peloton : Froome, aidé de son super-lieutenant Richie Porte, semble bien trop fort.
Nairo Quintana, désormais 3e au classement général, même s'il a repris quelques secondes au Britannique, est lui aussi trop loin.
Alors, que peuvent espérer les concurrents de Froome ? Montrer de l'audace, du panache et du courage.
Trois vertus qui n'empêcheront certainement pas l'Anglais de la Sky de filer vers sa première victoire sur la Grande Boucle.
Mais cette 19e étape ne demande qu'à être animée.

Program: 204.5 km from Bourg d'Oisans and Le Grand-Bornand, two passes to climb out category - Madeleine and Glandon - and two passes first class - and Thorn Cross Fry.
This year, the Tour ends with the beefy high mountain, as the 20th stage Saturday around Annecy also looks terrible.
The main difficulty of this Friday, in addition to two passes regularly used by the Tour, reside in the recovery of runners after the double ascent of the Alpe-d'Huez Thursday was won by the French Christophe Riblon.
What hope?
Despite its (small) munchies in the last five kilometers of the climb to Alpe d'Huez on Thursday, the yellow jersey still scored points.
Christopher Froome pushed up the vice attack itself rivals in the standings, causing an explosion of the small group in which we found particularly Alberto Contador.
The Spaniard, who had yet attacked in the descent of the Col de Sarenne shortly before, has virtually abandoned any chance of winning the Tour.
Moreover, no illusion through the pack: Froome, helped by his super-Lieutenant Richie Porte, seems too strong.
Nairo Quintana, now third overall, although it has taken a few seconds at Columbia, is also too far.
So what can expect competitors Froome? Show the audacity and panache and courage.
Three virtues that certainly does not prevent the English from the Sky spinning to his first victory on the Tour.
But this 19th stage waiting to be animated.
