Typhoon No. 15: Storm region on Typhoon, Miyako enters tomorrow early morning, Yaeyama  enters tomorrow before sunrise

 

台風１５号　八重山あす未明にも暴風域、宮古は明け方

 

沖縄気象台によると、台風１５号は８月２８日午前９時現在、石垣島の南南西約４００キロの海上にあり、勢力を強めながら時速１５キロで北北西に進んでいる。

 

暴風域はないが、２８日夜までには暴風域を伴う見込み。

 

午前６時現在の予測では、八重山地方が２９日未明、宮古島地方が２９日明け方に暴風域に入る恐れがある。

 

中心気圧は９８５ヘクトパスカル、中心付近の最大風速は２５メートル、最大瞬間風速は３５メートル。

 

中心から北西側２２０キロと南東側３７０キロで風速１５メートル以上の強風域になっており、沖縄気象台は船舶への注意を呼び掛けている。

The prediction of 6:00 A.M., the early morning of the 29th August, there is a possibility that the Miyako region enters the storm area, at dawn on the 29th August the Yaeyama region enters the storm area.

 

Instantaneous wind speed 25 meters per sec, the maximum wind speed is up to 35 meters per sec, 985 hPa at near the center of the central pressure.

 

It has become a strong wind area of more than 15 meters per sec wind speed, at 370 km southeast side and 220 km northwest side from the center, Okinawa Meteorological Agency has called attention to the ships.
